Special Interest Meeting for Warragul
And Community Law Resources Association
Who: Any and All property owners across Gippsland District
When: Wednesday, 14 th of June 2017, from 7.30 pm
Where: Victorian Railway Institution Hall, 128 Queen St Warragul
The next CLRA presentation will discuss the serious issue of concern for every property owner –
‘Home Foreclosures & Property Repossessions’
This is now a pressing matter of wide community interest, that the corporations are imposing upon home and property owners. Bank and Corporate foreclosures are on the rise across Victoria. Home Repossessions and Foreclosures are simply considered “good business” by the Council’s, the lawyers and the Banks.
The CLRA will discuss an actual story of one such property owner and his Council and his Bank. You will be surprised to learn that his Bank withdrew the funds, for the Council Rates. Another story is of another Council / Corporation that wants to ‘Compulsorily Acquire’ vacant land for $1,500 a block!
The CLRA meetings have always provided an opportunity for community discussion about events concerning people, both during the presentation, and the supper break.
It is also a good idea to bring a USB stick on which the presenters can share their information for the audience.
Non-members are welcome, and asked to contribute $9.00 to cover hall hire and light supper is provided, which includes a contribution towards the travel of presenters.
Community Law Resource Association assists people to understand their Common Law Rights and to share information about protecting ourselves, our family and our property. The CLRA discusses subjects of the Commonwealth and the Rule of Law; and to guide our elected representatives to carry out our Will to manage our State and Commonwealth for the Common Good. We look forward to seeing you on the night.
