For the month of March 2017 the Community Law Resource Association will be discussing Consumer Law especially Unconscionable Conduct regarding trade and commerce with goods and/or services and includes landlords and tenants within Corporations, businesses.
All are welcome and please bring a friend or friends. Whether you have heard or know of this area under Consumer Law, you may learn something knew. If you have not heard of Unconscionable Conduct, please come and you may learn some useful information from the National Federation of Independent Business (Not for profit organization) representative who is willing to talk to people about this important issue and tell you about some examples of corporations that had to eat humble pie without going into a court room due to offending against this Consumer Law.
Each venue will have the same talk on this important area from around 7.30pm.
What to bring: Notepad and pen or pencil for taking notes and a USB memory stick to upload the nights information if you want to study it at home.
The Venue cost is a very small fee $9.00 includes some supper and $4.00 for members who must present their current membership card.
